Yolanda Mangrum, DDS, MAGD, LLSR has been a practicing dentist since 1997 and practice owner since 1999. She is the founder of ALLUME Medspa. Luminary Education Center, Plan For Heath (PFH), co-founder of Virtual Training Innovation (VTI) and the owner/CEO Petaluma Dental Group (PDG). Plan For Health is a wellness membership plan for dental offices. It was created as a patient/ practice win-win to fill the gaps of dental insurance. The need to create Virtual Training Innovation came from her desire to stop repeating herself in training. She says "Keeping my team on track with training, culture, goals and protocols has seemed like a never-ending frustrating task. I needed to create a way to stop this cycle and win."

Tom is an Executive Coach for Fortune Practice Management. He has spent his career focused on helping people to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals, whether as a counselor in group home settings working with abused children, developing and delivering STEM education to children, financial and insurance planning for families or as an attorney for families and small businesses.
Tom is a co-founder of ALLUME Medspa, Virtual Training Innovation and Plan for Health and has been intimately involved in the dental industry as the spouse of Yolanda Mangrum, D.D.S.
